"Just want to thank the Service Department and Andy Bergman for the outstanding service and treatment I received on 6/12/08. I was having issues with fuses blowing on the 06 Roadstar Silverado I purchased from Texas Yamaha in May of 06. I called and discussed the issue with Andy and dropped it off late on 6/11/08. Even though the service department was very busy, they were able to diagnose the problem in a very short time and I was picking my bike up the very next day. My Roady is my primary transportation and the speedy turn around helped out tremendously. They fixed the problem efficiently and charged me only for the time they spent on the repair...extremely fair...I might add. I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience and my confidence in Texas Yamaha's service department is very high. My thanks to Andy Bergman and the entire Texas Yamaha service team !!!"

"I been coming to your dealership for over the past four years and talking to Christoph Cordon. I never bought anything from there but he treated me like I had. " another fine experience with the service department. had Barons Big Air Kit installed along with Speedster intake manifold. was taken in even though they were busy, and returned when promised. was even cleaned. have already noticed the difference in performance and fuel economy. the service department has always been professional and courteous."

"I recently had my Rhino in for service and to add doors for a recall notice. I am sorry to say that I don't remember the gentleman's name that helped me out. I do want to commend your service department for giving me the service they promised at the price they quoted and finishing it faster than promised. My local dealer could take some lessons in how to run a business from you. It is approximatey 40 miles each way out of my way to do business with you. "From the time I walked in the door (Webster location) to the time I picked up my ride, I felt welcomed and "at home". The whole staff is down to earth and very friendly, going out of their way to accommodate the customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a straight forward, no nonsense deal on their next purchase. The "at home" atmosphere carries over to the service after the sale as well. Can't go wrong here."

"I wanted to thank all you great folks at Texas Gulf Coast Yamaha. Being female, I never know how I will be received when shopping for a new motorcycle and I was impressed with the respect I got from everyone there. Garry was able to answer all my questions about the models I was interested in and Larry from the parts department was also very helpful. Actually, Larry was a big influence on which bike I ultimately chose. Once I decided on the Star 1300 and the accessories I wanted, Garry put it all together and even was able to save me some money. Trevor and the service team were great too. And, because I asked to have the complete bike ready that same afternoon, they worked fast to add pipes, a light kit and grips. I believe the manger was working on it too and I road my new bike away that evening. Special thanks to Kirsten who spent extra time and energy working through communication problems with my bank. "This last 44K service was the best yet to date. I had not been in the shop since may of 2005 due to a disagreement with the Service Manager, but decided to give them one more chance. The young man who assisted me was great, service this time was beyond belief, thought I had a new bike again. He also had my 01 Classic cleaned and polished. As I ride this bike to work a total of 33 miles each way part on Gulf Freeway and part on BW8 I need a dependable machine not one I cannot trust. I was backfiring, spitting and sputtering in rush hour traffic which can be un-nerving. But Texas Yamaha South did a superb job of correcting this issue for me. Now rush hour is a breeze again even through construction."

"I bought an FZ6 from them in September. -Thanks Garry- Let me just say excellent customer service. Before I could get all the way in the door they had me greeted and started asking questions about what type of bike I was interested in. Where at "other" dealerships they try to push the latest and greatest bikes on you. Texas Yamaha finds out what bike will do everything you need, and want it to do. Once I found out what bike suited my needs it was only 5 minutes of paper work and I was on my way. They make everything painless and are up front about the cost. (No hidden fees) For anyone out there looking for a bike, I will definitely recommend Texas Yamaha. Thanks for everything, James W. P.S. "I can't say enough about my '06 Yamaha Royal Star Venture. It is the best thing that has happened to me. The people at the Texas Yamaha South Houston store on Spencer are so friendly. The first time my wife went in they were so helpful. We went in to buy one bike but they showed us the difference in the one we wanted and the one we got and they explained which would be better for what we wanted to do. Our salesman Christoph Cordon was the greatest and even today he calls to check on us. But, everyone there is that way when you walk in...they remember who you are. So keep up the good work, and thanks for the good times we have had. "

"You folks are the GREATEST !!! My wife and I went by the Spencer location to check out the Roadstars and were immediately greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation. We did not even own a bike yet and were made to feel like we were part of the "STAR" and "Texas Yamaha" family. We decided at that point that when we bought our bike it would definitely be from Texas Yamaha's Spencer location. About a week later, we were looking to purchase the ONLY Roadstar Silverado we could locate and our salesman (Ignacio) was not only extremely helpful but made arrangements to hold the bike for us for a week until we could get there to complete the deal. Needless to say...we now own a Roadstar Silverado and it was one of the most pleasant buying experiences we have ever been a part of. We not only bought a GREAT bike but made some GREAT new friends in the process. W visit on the weekends, rain or shine, to secure the new friendships and check out all of awesome accessories available for our new cruiser. If you want a Fantastic peice of machinery, outstanding customer service and are interested in extending your list of friends, then Texas Yamaha's Spencer location is just the place you have been looking for. "I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HELP OF COLIN AND EVERY ONE THAT WAS INVOLVED IN ME PURCHACING MY RAPTOR 660. AFTER I PURCHASED THE RAPTOR IT HAD TO GO IN FOR A MINOR OIL LEAK THE SERVICE DEPT. "I just wanted to take the time and thank a few people at the Spencer Hwy dealership. I recently bought a new warrior and absolutely love the bike. I had taken it in for its first service (600 miles), and a problem arose with the bike after I left the dealership. From experiences in the past with other companies I figured that I would have trouble getting my bike fixed, or at least some run-around. NOT EVEN the case with your dealership. From the day I first showed up to buy a bike till now, the staff at this dealership has been outstanding. They have been so nice and accomodating, even when I had problems with my motorcycle. Three people I would really like to thank are Wayne, Pat and Ignacio. They have been great! I've never written a letter before to a company but I felt I really needed to this time. "I've never had a more pleasant experience from any kind of vehicle dealership, or really from any kind of retail sales environment, as when I bought my pre-owned V-Star 1100 Classic from the South Houston store. I've been recommending you guys as the kindest folks I've met in a long time, and definitely the best I've done business with. It was obvious that there was no sense of pressure just to sell something, but rather that there is a real love for motorsports there and a concern that the customer gets caught up in that. If anyone needs to buy a Yamaha, they should start by going by and saying howdy to your sales team. They'll end up meeting everyone else within an hour, and may find themselves with a new (or like new!) bike."
